1. Sign up for the Mobile Publisher program. Contact your Salesforce sales rep for more information.
2. If you plan to distribute your app publicly, create developer accounts with Apple and Google for application store distribution.
3. Identify the Experience Cloud site from which you want to create a Mobile Publisher app. You can create up to five iOS Mobile Publisher apps and five Android Mobile Publisher apps per org.

Experience Cloud sites are built on one of two frameworks—Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) or Aura. Each framework supports specific templates. Mobile Publisher for Experience Cloud supports all Aura templates and the Build Your Own (BYO) LWR template.

The application store approval process can take from one day to two weeks.
11. See your branded app listed in Google Play and the App Store.

After your app is available to download from Google Play and the App Store, maintenance is easy. For example, if your app branding changes, you can make an unlimited number of edits to your assets. After you’ve completed the changes to your branding, submit the app again and the branding updates.
