For Android and iOS apps using the Binary Upload distribution method, update your app’s information with a link to the privacy policy.

Add a Privacy Policy to your Google Play Store Listing

  1. Log into your Google Play Console (https://play.google.com/apps/publish).
  2. Select your branded Experience Cloud app.
  3. Navigate to the Store Presence and select Store listing.
  4. Under Privacy Policy, enter the URL where your privacy policy is hosted.
  5. Save your changes.

Add a Privacy Policy to your App Store Listing

  1. Log into your Apple Developer Account (https://developer.apple.com/account/).
  2. Navigate to App Store Connect, and select My Apps.
  3. Select your branded Experience Cloud app, and choose App Information.
  4. Under Privacy Policy, enter the URL where your privacy policy is hosted.
  5. Save your changes.
