1. Create a pass for your Experience Cloud app on a site that hosts passes.
2. Configure a [Rich Content Editor component](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=experience.community_builder_rich_text_component.htm&language=en_US) or create a custom Lightning web component with a link to your app’s pass.

    ![Tip](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-xcloud-branded_apps_exp_cloud-264-0-0-production-enus/cf85363c-215e-4784-bb6a-c5c83c4e7140/images/icon_tip.png)

Tip If the URL is static, we recommend using the Rich Content Editor component. If the URL is dynamic, we recommend creating a custom Lightning web component so that you can configure how the component handles the URL changes.
3. In Experience Builder, add the component with the pass link to the applicable page of your Experience Cloud site.
4. In the Setup for Mobile Publisher project for the app, review the URL Management settings. Verify that the Default Method for Opening URLs field is set to `In-App Browser` or `External Browser`.

If the default method is set to another value, enter the pass URL in either the In-App Browser URLs exception field or the External Browser URLs exception field.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass links aren’t supported in other URL-management methods.
