1. Advanced Authentication (browser-based authentication) allows authentication to happen in an in-app browser (in contrast with in-app webview). Advanced Authentication is required to display reCAPTCHA on the login page and to log in with Google.

Note Salesforce strongly recommends testing this feature in Sandbox before enabling in Production. If this feature is enabled in Production, existing users could be impacted and experience different authentication behavior.
2. Navigate to the [Create a Case](https://help.salesforce.com/s/case-selection) page.
3. Select **Product or Technical Support**.
4. In the **Product** field, select **Community/Experience**.
5. In the **Topic** field, enter the search string "mobile". Then, select **Mobile apps**.
6. In the **Org ID or MID** field, enter your Org ID.

Our Salesforce support team loves helping our customers! However, they’re only equipped to assist with enabling the Apple ID sign-in feature. For general assistance with setting up an Apple ID, contact your organization's App Store Connect expert.
