Use the prebuilt templates included to create Benefit Actions for common scenarios. You can also use the templates as a reference for setting up custom Benefit Actions.

These templates are included and available for use:
- Assign Support Entitlement
- Issue Voucher
- Issue Free Sample
- Allocate Market Development Fund
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Benefit, and then select Benefit Actions.
- Click New.
- Select the included Benefit Action template that you want to use, and then click Next.
- By default, the templates have prepopulated data. You can use, edit, or delete these input variables.
- Click Next.
- On the New Benefit Action Mapping screen, certain input fields and variables are included. Select any other input fields that you want to include, and then click Add.
- Enter the display name and the field type, and update the values as necessary.
- Save your changes.
Note These Benefit Actions have accompanying Flow templates that you can use.
