Note Beginning in Summer ’26, Chatter is turned off by default in
all new orgs. For any features in these orgs that require access to Chatter functionality or

- Change Your Profile or Group Photo
Upload a photo to your profile so people can see who you are. Upload a photo for groups that you own or manage. - Follow People and Records
Follow people and records to see their updates in your feed. When you follow people, you can see their posts, comments, and likes on the feeds that you also have access to. If a person you follow posts to a group you don’t have access to, you can’t see that post. When you follow a record, you are notified about activity on the record, provided feed-tracking is enabled on the record’s type. - Follow Records
Follow records to see updates in your feed, including field changes, posts, tasks, and comments. - Update Your Email Notifications in Chatter
Set your preferences for when to be notified via email about Chatter activity. For example, you can choose to not receive a notification when you have a new follower or when someone likes your posts.
