# Create a Process Using Unenroll Member Process Template

The Unenroll Member process template contains a set of rules and parameters that allow you to inactivate the member status in the loyalty program member record. You can create a process using the template and extend it based on your requirements.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Loyalty Management**.
2. On the Loyalty Program list view, open the loyalty program for which you want to create the process.
3. Click **Loyalty Processes**.
4. On the Loyalty Program Processes related list, click **New**.
5. Select **Create from Template** and click **Next**.
6. From the Member category, select **Unenroll Member** process template and click **Next**.
7. Enter a name for the loyalty program process.
8. Save your changes.

A loyalty program process is created and it contains rule named Change Member Status. The process also contains parameters that are used in the rule.

You can update the Change Member Status rule step based on your requirements or create additional rules for the process.
