# Create a Process Using Issue Voucher Process Template

The Issue Voucher process template contains a rule and a set of parameters that allow you to issue vouchers to your loyalty program members and contacts. You can create a process using the template and extend it based on your requirements.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Loyalty Management**.
2. On the Loyalty Program list view, open the loyalty program for which you want to create the process.
3. Click **Loyalty Processes**.
4. On the Loyalty Program Processes related list, click **New**.
5. Select **Create from Template** and click **Next**.
6. From the Voucher category templates, select **Issue Voucher** and click **Next**.
7. Enter a name for the loyalty program process.
8. The Voucher Definition stores the key voucher information. Select the name of the voucher definition from the list.
9. Save your changes.

A loyalty program process is created and it contains rule named Issue Voucher. The process also contains parameters that are used in the rule.

You can update the Issue Voucher rule step based on your requirements or create additional rules for the process.
