To display member promotions in an external application, you can use the Get Member
Promotions process template that enables you to list the member promotions as required. You can
create a process using the template and extend it based on your requirements.

From the App Launcher, find and select Loyalty Management.

On the Loyalty Program list view, open the loyalty program for which you want to create the
process.

Click Loyalty Processes.

On the Loyalty Program Processes related list, click New.

Select Create from Template and click
Next.

From the Promotion category templates, select Get Member Promotions
and click Next.

Enter a name for the loyalty program process.

Select Member Eligibility Category .

Save your changes.
A loyalty program process is created and it contains rule named Get Member Promotions. The
process also contains parameters that are used in the rule.
