# Create a Process Using Enroll in Promotion Process Template

When you want to enroll your loyalty program members in promotions, especially from an external system, you can use the Enroll in Promotion process template. You can create a process using the template and extend it based on your requirements.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Loyalty Management**.
2. On the Loyalty Program list view, open the loyalty program for which you want to create the process.
3. Click **Loyalty Processes**.
4. On the Loyalty Program Processes related list, click **New**.
5. Select **Create from Template** and click **Next**.
6. From the Promotion category templates, select **Enroll in Promotion** and click **Next**.
7. Enter a name for the loyalty program process.
8. Save your changes.

A loyalty program process is created and it contains rule named Enroll in Promotions. The process also contains parameters that are used in the rule.

You can update the Enroll in Promotion rule step based on your requirements or create additional rules for the process.
