The Change Member Tier process template contains a rule and a set of parameters that upgrade or downgrade a Loyalty Program Member of the Loyalty Tier Group. You can create a process using the template and extend it based on your requirements.

| To clone loyalty program process templates: | Loyalty Management permission set |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Loyalty Management.
- On the Loyalty Program list view, open the loyalty program for which you want to create the process.
- Click Loyalty Processes.
- On the Loyalty Program Processes related list, click New.
- Select Create from Template and click Next.
- Select Change Member Tier template and click Next.
- Enter a name for the loyalty program process.
- Select the Loyalty Tier Group of your loyalty program.
- Save your changes.
A loyalty program process is created and it contains rule named Change Member Tier. The process also contains parameters that are used in the rule.
You can update the Change Member Tier rule step based on your requirements or create additional rules for the process.
