In a cloned process, you can customize the predefined process parameters and rules based on your requirements. For example, after you clone the Update Member Details process template, you can update the predefined rule to also update members’ email addresses.

Here are the loyalty program process templates that are provided with Loyalty Management.

• Change Member Tier Process Template
  To upgrade or downgrade a member’s tier from an external system, you can use the Change Member Tier process template to create processes for changing the tier of the members in the loyalty tier group.
• Enroll in Promotion Process Template
  When loyalty members of a loyalty program enroll in loyalty promotions associated with loyalty program from an external system, you can use the Enroll in Promotion process template to process the enrollment of members for a promotion.
• Get Member Promotions Process Template
  Use the Get Member Promotions process template to create a process for showing member promotions on an external system.
• Opt Out of Promotion Process Template
  Use the Opt Out of Promotion loyalty program process template to let members leave the promotions that they’ve enrolled in.
• Update Member Details Process Template
  Use the Update Member Details process template to update an Individual type member’s details in their Loyalty Program Member record and the related Contact record. You can update standard fields, such as member address or custom fields, such as shopping preferences. You can also credit points to members for completing or updating their membership profile.
• Unenroll Member Process Template
  If your loyalty members are leaving the loyalty program and when you want to disengage those members from the loyalty program from an external system, you can use the Unenroll Member process template to create processes for inactivating the status of the member in the loyalty program.
• Credit Points to Members Process Template
  When loyalty members gain points for transactions in external systems, you can use the Credit Points to Members process template to create processes for crediting the precalculated points to the member.
• Debit Points from Members Process Template
  If a redemption catalog doesn’t exist in external systems and when loyalty members redeem points for transactions, you want the Loyalty Management application to calculate the points and redeem the points from the member's points balance. Use the Debit Points from Members process template to create a process for processing the member’s transaction journals and debit points from the member’s points balance.
• Issue Voucher Process Template
  To issue vouchers to loyalty program members or contacts, especially from an external system, you can use the Issue Voucher process template to create processes for issuing vouchers as per the specified voucher definition.
• Cancel Voucher Process Template
  To discard the unused vouchers or to withdraw the issued vouchers, you can cancel the vouchers especially from an external system. You can use the Cancel Voucher process template to create processes for canceling vouchers.
