Learn about maintenance types and how to prepare for them.

Salesforce release maintenance delivers new features and enhancements, while system maintenance ensures that the backend is stable and secure. Identifying the type of maintenance helps you prepare for a smooth recovery.

Release Maintenance Events   
| Release Maintenance | Description | Additional Information |
| --- | --- | --- |

| Patch release | Deploys changes and fixes weekly and as needed. |   |
