# Establish Network Monitoring and Diagnostics

Consider monitoring and diagnostic solutions that monitor and alert you to network issues that could affect availability.

It’s possible your users access your Salesforce org from different network connections around the globe, such as a privately managed corporate network or a personal home network. These networks can have server or firewall settings that could impact a user’s access to your org.

- Engage your network team to monitor and assist with triaging potential network issues.
- If users in a particular geographic location continue to experience performance issues despite networking monitoring, consider a separate Salesforce org in a location closer to those users. Alternatively, contact your Salesforce account team to discuss other possible options.
- If your users can’t access or have a significant performance issue with your org while connected to your corporate network, run basic diagnostics by testing the org on a different network. This test can help quickly determine if it’s a performance issue with Salesforce or your corporate network.
