You can associate a member with multiple loyalty programs. The Loyalty Member Portal
shows the member’s loyalty programs that are associated with the Experience Cloud site. You can
associate a Loyalty Member Portal only to one loyalty program member.
Required Editions
| Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance,
Developer, and Unlimited Editions that have Loyalty Management
enabled.

In the Loyalty Programs tab, select your loyalty program.

Click Associate with Site.

To associate the site with the loyalty program, select the Experience Cloud Site.

Save your changes.
