# Associate a Case with a Loyalty Program Member

You can associate a case with a loyalty program member.

### Required Editions

1. On the Case page, click **Related**. The Loyalty Program Members related list appears.

    Note This list is not available by default. Navigate to Setup to enable it.
2. Click **Add Member to Case**. The member case details page appears.
3. Select the **Loyalty Program Member**. The case number is prepopulated.
4. Save your changes.
