Add pricing recipes and associate data from selected objects with lookup tables.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Pricing Recipes, and then select Pricing Recipes.
- Click Add, and then enter a recipe name such as IFSDefaultRecipe. If necessary, set it as the default.
