Introduces the Enable Crew Management toggle in the Advanced Timesheets and Labor Cost Optimization Settings. When enabled, crew leads can manage crew members' timesheets in the Salesforce Field Service mobile app. The crew lead's mobile timesheets landing screen lets the crew lead create, edit, and manage each service resource's time, including timesheets, timesheet entries, timesheet items, and wage type summaries. The crew lead can create time for crew members in bulk or individually. This dedicated crew lead experience, with time aggregated by crew member, is available after an admin turns on the org preference for crew lead functionality in Setup.
Crew leads save time by creating timesheets for their entire crew at once instead of entering time for each member individually.
From the Mobile Crew Timesheets landing screen, a crew lead selects a date range and the crew members to include, and then creates timesheets or timesheet entries for all of them. Crew leads manage time entries by creating bulk timesheets for up to 50 members in one request, spanning 35 days in the past or future. They also view their last three requests directly on the landing page.
If a crew member already has a timesheet for one or more of the selected dates, a message lists the dates that are excluded from creation.
