Configure Bulk Timesheet Creation

Supervisors can configure the settings to enable the bulk creation of timesheets.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: All editions of Field Service Plus for Energy & Utilities, and all editions of Asset Service Lifecycle Management
User Permissions Needed
To access Timesheets objects: Labor Cost Optimization Admin
  1. From the object management settings for Time Sheet, go to Button , Link and Actions.
    You can also configure a Bulk Creation of Time Sheet Entry and Time Sheet Entry Items as well.
  2. Click New Button or Link.
  3. In the Label field, enter Bulk Create.
  4. In the Link field, enter: /lightning/cmp/ifstmsht__createBulkTimesheetsModal.
  5. Set the Behavior as Display in existing window without sidebar or header.
  6. Save your changes.
  7. From the object management settings for Time sheet, go to List View Button Layout.
  8. Select List View and click Edit.
  9. Add the Bulk Create button.
  10. Save your changes.
