Create a Product Service Campaign Definition Partner Inventory

Specify information about the partner-held inventory of the items that are impacted by a product service campaign.

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
User Permissions Needed
To create and update Product Service Campaign Definition Partner Inventory Product Service Campaign permission set

Make sure your admin has added pick-list values for these fields.

  • Partner Type
  • Inventory Status
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Product Service Campaign Definition Partner Inventory.
  2. Click New.
    The name of the record is automatically populated.
  3. Provide values for these fields.
    Product Service Campaign Definition The product service campaign definition associated with the product service campaign definition partner inventory.
    Partner Type The role of the partner associated with a product service campaign.
    • Distributor
    • Seller
    • Dealer
    Partner Account The account associated with the product service campaign definition partner inventory.
    Product Item The unsold inventory of the partner associated with a product service campaign.
    Point Of Contact The point of contact for the partner associated with a product service campaign.
    Inventory Status The status of inventory at each partner location.
    Unsold Inventory Quantity The number of unsold and impacted inventory units.
