Search and select the product that’s the focus of the product service campaign.
4. Select the status of the product service campaign.
    - New
    - In Progress
    - On Hold
    - Completed
    - Closed
    - Cannot Complete
    - Canceled
5. Select the priority of the product service campaign.
    - Low
    - Medium
    - High
    - Critical
6. Select the Product Service Campaign Definition to associate with the product service campaign.
7. Enter a description for the product service campaign.

    Note

Note: Map multiple work types for a product service campaign by using Product Service Campaign Work Type records from the related list of your Product Service Campaign Definition record instead of using the work type field on the Product Service Campaign record.

Search and select the work type to be associated with the product service campaign.

A work type is a template for work orders that helps you standardize your work processes.
11. Save your changes.
