# Define Product Fulfillment Locations for Inventory Replenishment

Establish designated replenishment source locations for product items at particular locations, of particular products, or both by creating product fulfillment location records. A product item is replenished from the fulfillment location if it's covered by an inventory replenishment policy with the Product Fulfillment Location replenishment source location criterion. With designated replenishment source locations, businesses get better control, reliability, and scalability for their inventory replenishment operations.

To determine the replenishment source location for a product item based on its product fulfillment location, select Product Fulfillment Location as the replenishment source location criterion of the product item's applicable inventory replenishment policy.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Product Fulfillment Locations**, and then click **New**.
2. Enter a product fulfillment location name.
3. For Product, search and select the product that the product item must belong to.
4. For Account Location, search and select the location of the product items.
5. For Fulfillment Location, select the source location for replenishing the product item.
6. For Responsible User, search and select your user profile.
    
    This value isn't used to determine the fulfillment location.
7. Save your changes.
