- Quantity On Hand - Total physical inventory at the location, including both usable and unusable stock.
- Quantity Allocated - Quantity reserved for orders or fulfillment.
- Quantity Unusable - Quantity that cannot be used for fulfillment (damaged, expired, lost, or other configured types). Tracked in detail by Product Item Quantity Detail records.
- Quantity Available - Calculated as Quantity On Hand minus Quantity Allocated minus Quantity Unusable. Represents stock actually available for allocation and fulfillment.
- Production Batch
- A batch identifier for a product, used to group and track inventory that is managed by batch rather than individually.
- Product Batch Item
- The stock of a production batch at a particular location. A product batch item is associated with an inventory location and a production batch. Tracks quantity on hand, allocated, unusable, and available for a specific batch at a location.
- Product Item Quantity Detail
- Tracks a breakdown of a product item's unusable quantity by type (for example, part of the quantity is damaged and part is expired). Each record represents one Product Item State and Type combination for a product item. Related to Product Item. Fields include Product Item State (Unusable) and Type (Damaged, Expired, Lost, or another configured value).
- Product Batch Item Quantity Detail
- Tracks the same quantity breakdown by type for a product batch item. Each record represents one Product Item State and Type combination for a product batch item.

- Inventory Replenishment Policy
- A policy for replenishing inventory when the inventory quantity reaches a minimum
level. Key fields include:
Minimum Inventory Quantity - The threshold quantity that triggers replenishment.
Maximum Inventory Quantity - The target quantity after replenishment.
Replenishment Quantity Basis - Determines whether the policy uses Quantity On Hand, Quantity Available, or a custom numeric field on the Product Item entity to trigger replenishment. Quantity Available excludes unusable and allocated quantities.
Replenishment Quantity Formula - Calculates the replenishment quantity using ProductItem.QuantityOnHand, ProductItem.QuantityAvailable, or the selected custom numeric field, based on the Replenishment Quantity Basis.
Replenishment Action - The action performed when replenishment is triggered (for example, ProductRequest).
Replenishment Source Location Criterion - How the source location for replenishment is identified (for example, ReplenishmentSourceLocation or ProductFulfillmentLocation).
- Product Inventory Searchable Field
- Stores calculated replenishment values for a product item. Replenishment Basis and
Replenishment Basis Quantity capture which quantity field the applicable policy uses
(Quantity On Hand, Quantity Available, or a custom numeric field) and its resolved value
for the product item. Shortage Quantity and Excess Quantity are calculated against that
basis quantity — not always Quantity On Hand:
- Shortage Quantity = Minimum Inventory Quantity − basis quantity (zero if the basis quantity is higher)
- Excess Quantity = basis quantity − Maximum Inventory Quantity (zero if the basis quantity is lower)
- Product Fulfillment Location
- The source location from which the inventory of a product is replenished.
- Product Request
- A request for one or many products.
- Product Request Line Item
- A product that's a part of a product request. A product request line item has a source location and a destination location.
- Serialized Product
- An individually tracked product with a unique serial number. System-managed Is Unusable and Unusable Type fields, populated automatically from Goods Received Note processing, track unusable serialized units. Unusable serialized units are reflected in the product item's Quantity Unusable field, which Quantity Available (used for replenishment) accounts for.
