Set up and configure Inventory Allocation to automate or manually manage the allocation of product items.

- Inventory Allocation is currently enabled for serialized products only through APIs and is not enabled for batch products.
- Auto allocation is a UI driven feature. APIs are not yet available for the auto allocation workflow.

    To set up and use Inventory Allocation, turn on Inventory Allocation in Setup.

    Add the Inventory Allocation component to Order and Work Order record pages, allowing users to view and trigger allocations for products available as line items. The Inventory Allocation component can be added to the record pages using the Lightning App Builder.
