Depot Repair Permissions

Salesforce admins and depot managers require permissions to create and manage depot repair work order requests.

Here are the permission sets that each persona must have to set up and use Depot Repair.

Persona	Permission Set
Admin	Service Part Return Management Stage Management Design User Manage Users Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
Depot Manager	Service Part Return Management Context Service Runtime Stage Management User

Note

An admin needs the Context Service Admin permission if they intend to make changes to the context service.
