Note The Product Fulfillment Location record maps Inventory Allocation and Inventory Replenishment. While Allocation uses this record to identify a source for a soft reservation, Replenishment uses it to trigger stock movements when levels fall below a defined threshold. Assigning the Inventory Replenishment permission set ensures managers can fully manage these sourcing rules.

1. From the App Launcher, select **Product Fulfillment Locations**, and then click **New**.
2. Enter a unique name for product fulfillment location.
3. For Product, search and select the required product. For example, ‘Refrigerator’.
4. For Account, search and select the customer account. For example, ‘Acme’.
5. For Account Location, search and select the location of the product.
6. For Fulfillment Location, search and select the source location for allocating the product.
7. For Responsible User, search and select your user profile. This value isn't used to determine the fulfillment location.
8. Save your changes.
