# Assign Permission Sets to Users

Assign the required Agentforce permissions to the Field Technician and Service Representative users to grant agent access on both the desktop console and the Salesforce Field Service mobile app.

### Required Editions

Before you begin, set up Einstein Generative AI and enable Agentforce.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users and select it.
2. Open the Admin user from the list.
3. Go to Permissions Set Assignments, and click **Edit Assignments**.
4. Enable these permission sets.
    
    - Prompt Template Manager
    - Prompt Template User
    - Applicable Industries Einstein license. For example, Einstein for Communications.
    - Work Order Estimation
    - Product Catalog Management Designer
    - Product Catalog Management Viewer
    - Salesforce Pricing Run Time User
5. Save your changes.
