Create an Agent from the Inventory Management Template

Create an agent from the Inventory Management template that helps your users easily find products and vehicles in inventory, generate quick summaries, and create product requests to efficiently replenish stock.

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Automotive Cloud, Communications Cloud, Energy and Utilities Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Media Cloud. View edition availability.
  1. From Setup, enter Agents, and then select Agentforce Agents.
  2. Click New Agent.
  3. Select the Inventory Management template, and then click Next.
  4. Review the topics that come with your template, and then click Next.
  5. Customize your agent, enter a company name, and then click Next.
  6. Select a language and tone, then click Create.
  7. Assign the Agent to a profile.
    1. From Setup, find and select Profiles.
    2. Select the profile to assign agent access.
    3. Click Agent Access.
    4. Select and add the Inventory Management agent to the enabled agents list.
    5. Save your changes.
