Set up and configure features to use agentforce for Asset Service Management. Before creating an agent using this template, you must set up Data Cloud.

Before you begin, [set up Einstein Generative AI](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.generative_ai_enable.htm&type=5&language=en_US),[enable Agentforce](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.agent_setup_enable.htm&language=en_US&type=5), and configure cloud specific Einstein and Generative AI settings.

1. Set up Agentforce in the your cloud. See the cloud specific documentation for details.
2. Enable the required permissions and common features for the asset service management agent topics and actions.
3. [Enable Data Cloud](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_setup_provision.htm&type=5&language=en_US) and ingest external into Data cloud if required.
4. Configure and enable the Asset object and related data such as Work Type, Product Required, Asset Warranty, Work Order, Quote, and Price Book. Include telemetry and service data on asset records for accurate estimation and summarization.
5. [Enable Quote settings](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.configure_transaction_management_settings.htm&type=5&language=en_US) in the org to use the Asset Service Estimation and Asset Service Work Order Management topics.
