Select what happens to files and attachments when their associated records become archived in Legacy Salesforce Archive.

- In the File Management section, select an option.
- Keep All Files preserves all related files in your org.
- Delete Files if Not Shared removes related files that only reference archived records. Files that also reference non-archived records are preserved in your org.
- Delete All Files removes all related files from your org, regardless of additional references to other records.
- Click Next.
Note The option to include related files and attachments in the archive is still in development.
You're ready to add related objects to your Archive Policy.
