# Export from Archive CSV to Download

Export records from the Archive app by selecting single or multiple criteria.

Note The number of records you can export is limited to 2 million. Files and attachments aren't supported.

1. At the top right of the home page, click the Export icon.
2. Select **CSV to Download**.
3. Select **Export All Objects** or **Export Selected Objects Only**.
4. If you select **Export Selected Objects Only**, select the objects to export.
5. Click **Save & Export**.
