The Predictions for Member Engagement app provides predictive insights that help you strategize and improve member engagement in a loyalty program.

## Member Engagement

The Member Engagement dashboard visualizations help you identify factors affecting your members’ engagement and devise strategies to improve it. Get predictions on member engagement based on demographics, enrollment channel, transaction KPIs, membership duration, tiers, states, and cities.
