Add Einstein Predictions to a Loyalty Member Page

To display predictions on the likelihood of member inactivity on a member page, add the Einstein Predictions component on the Loyalty Program record page and configure the component visibility settings.

Required Editions

Available in: Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions that have Loyalty Management enabled.
  1. Open the loyalty member record page to which you want to add the predictions.
  2. Drop the Einstein Predictions component where you want it on the page.
  3. Use the Prediction lookup to find and select Likelihood of a Member Being Inactive.
  4. Select Set Component Visibility, and then select the Advanced filter type.
  5. Define the filter criteria for the field Program Name.
    1. Under Field, click Select.
    2. Click dropdown, and then select Record.
    3. Click dropdown, and then select Loyalty Program.
    4. Click dropdown, and then select Program Name.
    5. Click Done
  6. Select Equal as the operator.
  7. In the Value field, enter the program name.
  8. Click Done
