Assign Analytics for Loyalty User Permissions

Allow your users to view the Analytics for Loyalty app by assigning the relevant permissions.

Required Editions

Available in: Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions that have Loyalty Management enabled.
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
  2. Click the name of a user who requires access to Loyalty Analytics.
  3. Click Permission Set Assignments, and then click Edit Assignments.
  4. Select permission sets.
    • If you have the Loyalty Analytics Plus subscription, select both the CRM Analytics Plus User and Loyalty Analytics User permission sets.
    • If you have only the Loyalty Analytics Base subscription, select CLAAnalytics Base User permission set.
  5. Click Add, then save your changes.
  6. Repeat Steps 2–5 for all users who view the Analytics for Loyalty app.
