# Confirm a Suggested CRM Match in the AI Relationship Research Graph

Confirm or reject a suggested match between a discovered entity and an existing CRM record when AI Relationship Research identifies a potential link.

If a node has a link icon, AI Relationship Research has identified a potential match between a discovered entity and an existing CRM record. The match is pending your confirmation.

1. Click the node to open the Entity Details panel.
2. Review the suggested match details.
3. Click **Confirm** to accept the match, or **Cancel** to reject it.
