Ensure that the required add-on licenses are active in your Salesforce organization.
Required Editions
- From Setup, enter Company Information in the Quick Find box, and then select Company Information.

In the Add-On Licenses related list, verify that the following add-ons are
enabled:
- Order Capture for your cloud (Order Capture for Manufacturing, Order Capture for Automotive, or Order Capture for Consumer Goods)
- Industries Sales Excellence Add-On
- ProductCatalogManagementAddOn
- Pricing related Add-ons
