Link Accounts to the Internal Organization Unit

Associate customer accounts with an internal organization unit by creating Account Internal Org Unit records to enforce market-level account scoping.

Required Editions

  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Accounts.
  2. Open the customer account record that you want to scope.
  3. Click the Related tab.
  4. In the Internal Organization Units related list, click New.
  5. Select the internal organization unit to link to the account.
  6. Save your changes.
