Consumer Goods Cloud: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Manufacturing Cloud: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

Required Permissions

To use Advanced Orders for Telesales, Salesforce admins and users need the Use Order Capture for Manufacturing, Automotive, or Consumer Goods user permission. Typically, a Salesforce admin assigns a permission set, which includes this user permission. Because this feature is included in multiple products, the products and licenses in your org determine which permission set is available.

Note In addition to user permission sets, the MACZ Advanced Order org permission must be enabled in Setup to access Advanced Orders capabilities, including the Orders by Business Unit list view (MACZ: Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, or Net Zero).
