# Configure the Procedure Plan for Pricing

Associate the pricing procedure with a procedure plan and activate it so that pricing runs during order capture.

### Required Editions

1. From Setup, navigate to **Procedure Plan** | **Procedure Plan Definitions** | **New**.
2. Enter the procedure plan details.
    
    - Title: Pricing
    - Process Type: Order Capture (or MACGOrderCapture)
    - Primary Object: Order (Order)
    - Context Definition: AdvOrderSalesTxnContext\_\_stdctx
    - DefaultReadContextMapping and DefaultSaveContextMapping: OrderEntitiesMapping
3. Add a procedure plan section.
    
    - Name: Pricing, Section Type: Pricing Procedure
    - Phase: Pricing, Resolution Type: Default
    - ReadContextMapping and SaveContextMapping: OrderEntitiesMapping
    - Procedure: Select Retail List Price Procedure
4. Click **Save** and activate the procedure plan definition version (IsActive = true).
