# Recalculate Payouts Due to Changed Benefits

You can recalculate the payouts generated for a rebate program member when the member benefits change due to changed requirements.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, in the search box enter Rebate, and then select **Rebate Program**.
2. In the rebate program Payout tab, click **New** to create a payout period with the start and end date of calculation.
3. In the Related tab of a rebate program, go to the **Rebate Types** list.
4. To create rebate types that mimic the new benefits, click **New**. Add benefits and benefit mappings as required.
5. Change the status of the rebate types that you don’t want to use in rebate calculation from Active to Inactive.
6. Run the Rebate Orchestration Flow definition using the new payout period as a parameter.
    
    Payouts are generated for the active rebate types and associated members.
