Recalculate Payouts for Closed Periods

Recalculate payouts for past periods or for periods when you need a recalculation due to changes in incentive structure. The rebate flows run at regular intervals to calculate payouts for all active periods. On the payout calculation date, the payout period is set to Closed and associated member payouts are set to Calculated. To reconsider such periods for payout processing, modify the payout records and run the flow again.

Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions that have Rebate Management enabled.

Recalculate payouts for a period in these situations.

Transactions for a payout period are submitted by the member after the period is closed.
The payout calculation resulted in errors.
The benefit structure and terms changed after the payout was calculated for a period.

Recalculate Payouts with No Change in Benefits
Recalculate the payouts when a member submits the transactions after a payout period is closed, or when there’s an error in calculating payouts.
Recalculate Payouts Due to Changed Benefits
You can recalculate the payouts generated for a rebate program member when the member benefits change due to changed requirements.
