Rebate Management users include admins, rebate program managers, partner users, key
account managers, and the finance team. Admins set up and configure features. Rebate program
managers design the rebate programs and their incentives based on requirements provided by sales
and finance. Partner users are beneficiaries of rebate programs and enroll in programs to
maximize their profits by gaining the best incentives. Key account managers craft incentives for
their accounts within the sales process to increase revenue. The finance team tracks payments
and approvals of payments and incentives, helps with audits, and maintains the book of
business.
