Use flows to automate the processes of calculating rebates for members during a payout period. The members must be active and enrolled in an active rebate program. The rebate types and associated benefits must also be active. Admins can use predefined flow actions to extend the flow templates available with Rebate Management, or while creating a flow from scratch. Find the required flow actions in the Rebates category in Flow Builder.

Triggers a Data Processing Engine definition with process type Rebates. This action takes a Data Processing Engine Definition ID as input, and optionally takes as input a list of rebate programs, payout periods, rebate types, and rebate program members. Internally, all the eligibility filters across the matched rebate types are also passed as system parameters. In case the optional inputs aren’t defined, the action triggers the Data Processing Engine definition for all active rebate types and related program, members, and periods that are associated with the Data Processing Engine definition. |

The Get Eligible Rebate Types flow action has two output parameters, Resultant Rebate Types for API and Resultant Rebate Types for Flow. Use the Resultant Rebate Types for API parameter for API calls and the Resultant Rebate Types for Flow parameter when creating a flow with the GetEligibleRebateTypes invocable action.
