# Grant Profile Access to Custom Fields

If your flow uses custom fields, grant field-level access so that users assigned to a profile can see the fields on their record pages.

By setting field-level security for your custom fields, you make sure that users assigned to the selected profiles can see the fields on their record pages.

1. From the Suites Home page, select **Quick Settings** (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
2. Select **Open Advanced Setup**.
3. Select **Object Manager**.
4. Select the object that your custom field belongs to, such as Contact.
5. Select **Fields & Relationships**, and then select your custom field.
6. Select **Set Field-Level Security**.
7. For each profile that needs the field, select **Visible**.

To make the field read-only for a profile, also select **Read-Only**.
8. Save your changes.
