# Set Up the PRM for Slack App for Partner Account Managers

To get your partner account managers (PAMs) using PRM for Slack, install the app in your company’s Slack workspace.

### Required Editions

After you install the app in your workspace, all users in your workspace with the appropriate permissions can access it. Partner account managers (PAMs) manage partner channels, where they can add members, search and post Salesforce records, and approve deals. Users with the correct access can also edit records from within PRM for Slack.

1. Click the installation link provided by your Salesforce admin.
2. Select your workspace in the workspace dropdown in the upper right corner.
3. To give PRM for Slack access to your workspace, select **Allow**.
4. To connect Slack with Salesforce, select **Allow**.
