Get reminders in Slack when your opportunities haven’t been updated in a while or when a key close date is approaching. Or if you want some peace and quiet, you can always mute and unmute sales notifications when you need.

    When you receive reminders to update records, you never miss the chance to close a deal on time. Plus, when your deal information is current, your sales team and your manager always know where your deals are in the sales cycle.

    Your Salesforce admin determines how much data is shared in reminder, sales channel, and feed channel notifications. The setting is set from the Record Detail Setting on the Enable Slack for Salesforce page in Setup. If you don’t have access to the record in Salesforce, you can’t access additional details about the notification.
