By default, Leads to Review displays leads from the list view, Leads Created by Partners This Month. That list view shows only leads that are related to partner accounts. Leads to Review performs best when you make sure that relating partner accounts to your leads is a required part of your indirect sales process. Likewise, verify from the Object Manager in Setup that the Partner Account field is visible from the Lead object. If your company prefers not to use partner accounts, consider changing which list view is used when you customize the default experience.

Note Each time you open the channel management console home page from the Channel Management page in PRM Setup, a new version of the default home page is created. To edit an existing version of the home page that you created previously, go to the Lightning App Builder page in Setup and open the existing home page from that location.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter PRM, and then select **Channel Management**.
2. Under the Manage Channels from a Console App section, from the Add the Leads to Review Component step, click **Go to App Builder**. The default Channel Management Console home page opens in Lightning App Builder.
3. Under Components, search for Leads to Review and drag it onto the console layout.
4. [Customize the default experience](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=slack.salesforce_prm_setup_cmc_leads_to_review_customize.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
5. Click **Save**.
6. From App Builder, set this page as the home page for the Channel Management App.
    1. Click Activation.
    2. Click the App Default tab.
    3. Click Assign to Apps.
    4. Select the Channel Management app and click Next.
    5. Click Save.
7. Verify that the Approved and Rejected picklist values are added to the Status field on the Lead object.
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select **Object Manager**.
    2. Click **Lead** and then click **Fields & Relationships**.
    3. Click **Lead Status**.
    4. Check the Lead Status Picklist Values section for the Approved and Rejected values. If you see those values, skip this step. If you see those values in the Inactive Values section, activate them. If you don’t see those values, click **New** in the Lead Status Picklist Values section to add them.

Return to the Channel Management page in Setup to [finish setting up the Channel Management Console](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=slack.salesforce_prm_setup_cmc.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "To give channel managers access to the Channel Management Console, Salesforce admins must enable the console, assign permissions, and share default components with channel managers, such as the Channel Management Overview Dashboard. Salesforce admins can customize the console some aspects of the console directly from PRM Setup, such as adding custom objects, adding the Leads to Review component, and setting Channel Management as the default app for channel managers. Salesforce admins can customize the console further from the App Builder by altering the Leads to Review component or creating other useful components and adding them to the console.").
