# Review and Report on Student Surveys

Review the insights gleaned from your student sentiment survey.

Survey results can help you make informed changes with measurable impact. When reviewing survey responses, you might find that some of your survey questions need to be adjusted. Make sure that you meet with your support staff before creating a new version of the survey.

Note How you and your survey administrators review survey results depends on how you've implemented the survey.

## Review Individual Survey Results

If you sent unique survey links, users with the Survey Creator permission can review individual survey responses.

1. Open the student's Contact record.
2. In the Survey Invitations related list, click **View Responses** on the survey invitation.

## Review All Results for a Survey

Save time by reviewing all responses that you received for a student survey.

1. From the app navigation menu, select **Surveys**.
2. Click the action menu for the survey whose results you want to review, and then select **Open Latest Version**.
3. Click **Analyze**.

## Create and Review Reports

Reports are also a great way to track and share survey data.

    If the Analyze page in Survey Builder doesn't give you the information that you need, you can create a custom report type for survey responses.

    You can create a custom report type to analyze the responses for ranking, rating, scoring, slider, and Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) question types. You can then view the responses for these question types in custom reports and dashboards at the survey-invitation level or survey-version level.
