# Troubleshoot Related Lists That Don't Display

Learn how to solve the problem of related lists not showing in Student Success Hub.

If a related list isn't appearing on a Lightning page (such as Success Plans), check the page layout for that object for the user's profile that can't see it. Many of the EDA or K-12 Architecture Kit related lists on the Student Record Case Lightning page actually point to data related to the parent Contact—not the Case. This means the related list also needs to be included on the _Contact_ page layout assigned to the user.
