Outcome Management is a new industry-disrupting tool that defines, measures, and evaluates an organization's logic model or theory of change.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Outcome Management and Nonprofit Cloud are enabled.

**How:** Assign the Outcome Management permission set to users or add the Manage Outcomes system permission to your permission sets or profiles.
